Things to note.

As all pieces are handmade and finished, no two pieces will be identical to each other or to the image online. Most earrings are available for immediate despatch, I will communicate with you if despatch times look like being longer than the working day after your payment is received. If it's a made to order piece - ring, leather pieces or other commission type please allow 14 days for completion of a piece. If it’s urgent, please contact me and I’ll do the best I can to accommodate last minute orders (or request a gift voucher).

Postage

I prefer to use express post ($15 for up to 500grams) as it is traceable but does not require a signature, so can be delivered while you are at work. As I am in a regional area, although I use express post to expedite delivery, overnight delivery is not possible or guaranteed. Please advise if you require registered post or other courier service. Unless requested otherwise I will send via Australia Post Express or Air Mail for international purchases.

Packaging

I take the utmost care in the making and packaging of all of my items. They are all gift ready in re-usable felt or calico packaging. As I am attempting to reduce environmental impact, protective/postage boxes may be of a re-used/recycled nature.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns will be accepted if there is a fault for up to 30 days. Ultimately I want you to be thrilled with your purchase – if you have ANY issues please contact me via email and we will work through them on a case by case basis.

Ring sizing

If you are uncertain of your ring size, you can visit a local friendly jeweller and ask them to size your finger. Alternatively see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size and work out what size you require.

Workshop policies - bookings and cancellations

Class sizes are small to ensure appropriate levels of attention. To go ahead a class needs a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants. Should you book a date and the minimum number not be reached I will be in touch with as much notice as possible to select another suitable date with you. Places must be booked and paid 7 days out. Your payment confirms your place in the workshop. I understand stuff happens (yes I have kids) and I endeavor to be as accommodating as possible.
Closed shoes MUST be worn in the studio/workshop.
